Coming soon are user access controls that allow you to control who can see which clients on the system, as well as the sensitivity level of the individual records. You can choose to keep records private, or share them with predefined groups, such as other counsellors, or deans and principals.
The user access controls will include a ‘break the glass’ function which means that private records can be accessed by others in an emergency.
